As an engineering draftsperson who takes a lot of pride in her work, I see feedback as a two-way street that is necessary to ensure that work is done accurately, following the right standards, while ensuring minimum rework is required.

Positive feedback is also incredibly heartening when you are working for yourself, as it means what you’re doing has value and you’re on the right path!
